The Research

Resurgentz has been working towards this evolutionary new therapy for over a decade. To this end, there is a large volume of research Resurgentz has reviewed. We have provided some highlights of that research in this section.

Note: This is NOT a complete list of all ingredients.

Erchonia Lasers

The Erchonia Violet/Green Laser (GVL) is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared device that uses low-level light therapy (LLLT) to stimulate cellular energy and enhance brain function. Combining violet (405 nm) and green (520 nm) wavelengths, this therapy targets different parts of the mitochondria to support neurological performance and cellular repair.

Key Research Findings

🧬 Improved Mitochondrial Function
Research shows that the violet and green wavelengths activate mitochondrial complexes I, II, and III, leading to increased ATP (energy) production in brain cells.

🧠 Support for Neurodegenerative Conditions
By improving mitochondrial output, the laser may help manage symptoms associated with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

🌈 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
A clinical study investigated laser therapy in children with autism, reporting improved behavior and reduced agitation after multiple treatments targeting brain regions.

Concussion Recovery
Clinical use of the Erchonia laser shows promise in aiding recovery from concussions by reducing inflammation and enhancing cellular healing in the brain.

📊 Brainwave Modulation
Studies using qEEG and sLORETA imaging demonstrate that Erchonia lasers can modulate brainwaves and potentially support cognitive function and emotional regulation.

Semax Peptide

Semax is a synthetic peptide originally developed in Russia to help support brain function. It’s known for potential neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, and cognitive-enhancing properties. While not yet FDA-approved, it’s been widely studied and used in clinical settings in Russia for stroke recovery, cognitive decline, and mood disorders.

What the Research Shows

🧠 Supports Brain Recovery After Stroke
Semax has demonstrated protective effects during ischemic stroke by regulating immune and vascular genes. This could help reduce brain damage and aid recovery.

📈 Boosts Cognitive Performance
Studies suggest Semax improves memory, learning, and attention span, likely by increasing brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and nerve growth factor (NGF)—two proteins critical to brain health.

😌 May Improve Mood and Reduce Stress
Semax may help regulate dopamine and serotonin—two neurotransmitters that play key roles in mood and stress levels.

🔥 Reduces Inflammation and Oxidative Stress
Research also points to its ability to lower inflammation and protect neurons from oxidative damage, which may slow age-related brain decline.

Selank Peptide

Selank is a synthetic peptide developed in Russia, derived from the naturally occurring peptide tuftsin. It's primarily studied for its anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) and nootropic (cognitive-enhancing) properties. Unlike traditional medications, Selank is noted for its potential to reduce anxiety and improve cognitive functions without causing sedation or dependency.

What the Research Shows

🧠 Enhances Cognitive Function and Memory
Selank has been shown to influence brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine, which play a role in mental clarity, focus, and mood. Some studies suggest that it may improve memory formation and learning ability.

😌 Reduces Anxiety and Enhances Mood
Selank helps regulate neurotransmitter balance and has been linked to reductions in anxiety levels. It also stabilizes enkephalins, which are peptides that help buffer stress and emotional response.

🔥 Modulates Immune and Inflammatory Activity
Research has shown that Selank can influence cytokines (inflammation-related molecules), suggesting potential anti-inflammatory and immune-stabilizing benefits. These effects may contribute to overall brain resilience.

Magnesium L-Threonate

Magnesium L-Threonate (MgT) is a form of magnesium uniquely capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier, making it especially effective for supporting brain health.

📈 Enhances Memory and Cognition
Clinical studies suggest that MgT improves working memory, attention, and cognitive flexibility—particularly in older adults.

😴 Supports Deep Sleep
MgT has been associated with better sleep quality, especially the deep and REM stages critical for brain repair.

🧬 Reverses Brain Aging Indicators
Research shows MgT may help restore synaptic plasticity and reverse certain biomarkers of brain aging.

Glutathione

Glutathione is your body’s master antioxidant, vital for protecting brain cells from oxidative stress and maintaining overall cognitive function.

🛡️ Protects Against Neurodegeneration
Low glutathione levels have been linked to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases, making it a crucial molecule for long-term brain protection.

🧠 Preserves Memory and Cognitive Performance
Elevated brain GSH levels are correlated with better memory recall and slower cognitive decline with aging.

N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)

NAC is a powerful antioxidant and precursor to glutathione. It plays a key role in detoxification, immune support, and—most notably—brain health.

🧩 Boosts Cognitive Resilience
NAC has been shown to improve brain energy metabolism and cognition in people with neurological disorders like multiple sclerosis.

🧘 Supports Mental Health
Clinical evidence shows NAC may reduce symptoms in depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder by modulating glutamate and dopamine.
